What Do Old Buyers Prefer?

There was a thought that real estate bought by old and retired people was generally small. They wanted to go to a place where they can nestle in the comfort of small cozy homes that would not demand too much of work from them to maintain. Of course, there are people who try to move over to a smaller place. But there are also people who like to move to a larger place!
Surprisingly from the real estate advertisements that you notice and from the statistics offered by the US Government it is found that nearly 20% of the houses sold in the US are sold to the retirees. This makes them a large target market particularly with lots of money after retirement and willing to spend it. Most of them may not really root for a real estate funding. But would still look up the best deal that they can get going through real estate classifieds!
The reason why most of these seniors look for a large real estate is that, they look at it as a work place too. Most of them run their office from their home. And they would like to have their dream house; may be by the sea side or on an island! Whatever be the real estate for sale that they might be looking for, there is a certain amount of dreams and thoughts behind it.
